Collection: Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew is the easiest great coffee you will ever make. Coarse-ground coffee plus cold water plus time — no heat, no rush — gives you a smooth, mellow concentrate that stays good in the fridge for days.

What makes a good cold brew coffee?

Look for medium to dark roasts with chocolate, caramel or nutty notes; long, cold steeping rounds them out instead of sharpening them. Grind coarse — about the texture of raw sugar — so the filter stays clear and the brew stays clean.

How to brew it

  • Ratio: roughly 1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water for a concentrate you dilute 1:1 with water or milk.
  • Time: 12–18 hours in the fridge, then filter.
  • Serve: over ice, with milk, or with a splash of flavored syrup.

Everything here is chosen for cold brew: our Cold Brew Coffee, pods for a quick iced cup, and the 1.5L Cold Brew Maker with a stainless filter.
