📦 Return & Refund Policy:

At Vibrational Sync, we’re passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality coffee & tea — and we want you to be just as happy with your order as we are making it.

☕ Perishable Items (Coffee & Tea)

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and tea products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This ensures every customer receives fresh, untainted products.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out — we’re happy to help resolve any issues!

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at o_williams_llc@icloud.com with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the item(s)

We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

🎁 Non-Perishable Items (Accessories & Hardware)

We accept returns on unused accessories (e.g., mugs, brewers) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
