Fresh Roasted Coffee Shipping

Our roasting partners prepare coffee in frequent small batches to ensure every order ships at peak freshness. Unlike mass-produced coffee stored in warehouses, our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not inventory storage.

This means your coffee is roasted specifically for fulfillment rather than sitting on shelves.

Because of this process:

  • Coffee is freshly roasted in small batches

  • Orders are processed according to roasting schedules

  • Products are shipped soon after roasting to preserve flavor

Our goal is to deliver coffee that arrives fresh, aromatic, and full of character.

Coffee orders require a short preparation window while our roasting partners prepare your batch.

Processing time:

  • 1–5 business days before shipment

During this time, your coffee may be roasted, packed, and prepared for delivery.

Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they are roasted, minimizing storage time and maintaining peak freshness.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–5 business days via USPS standard ground shipping

Shipping speed may vary depending on:

Tracking Information

Every order includes tracking information.

When your package ships:

  1. Tracking is added to your order

Shipping rates: Coffee and coffee pods ship free within the United States. Accessories and brewing equipment ship at a $6.95 flat rate within the United States. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Tracking information becomes available
