A useful starting estimate: if about 60% of staff drink coffee at 1.5 cups a day over 22 workdays, that is roughly 1,000 cups a month — around 20–22 lb of coffee at a standard 10 g per cup. We size your first order from your real numbers and adjust after the first month.
Is a coffee subscription cheaper than an office coffee service?
