The app won't install or open. What should I do?
First, confirm your device is running a supported iOS version (check the app's App Store listing). Then try: restart your device, delete and reinstall the app, and make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@gratus1.io with the app name in the subject line. Screenshots or screen recordings help us resolve issues faster. Feature requests are reviewed for every release.
How do refunds work?
App purchases and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are requested directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help with the process, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How is my data handled?
Each app's privacy details are listed on its App Store page. For privacy questions or data requests, email support@gratus1.io with "Privacy" in the subject line.
